This is great Diane. My knitting blog doesn't get too many hits because I don't advertise it too much. If you don't let anyone other than the group or individuals you choose, you can keep it public. If you make it private, you will have to invite anyone you want to see it and they may have to have a yahoo ID (that is what Google/Blogger use).
I use mine as a kind of diary to photograph my crafts and keep track of what I have been doing. Try it public for awhile, if you don't like that, go private. Have fun!
